Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte is building an ambitious AI program across legal practices and operations. You will own the full QA lifecycle for AI-powered solutions, from unit tests to system and scalability testing, using AI-assisted approaches to improve speed and coverage.

You will partner with AI Analysts and engineering to ensure every solution is tested, reliable, and production-ready, leveraging CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and a security-aware testing mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of formal QA experience and test script execution across the full testing lifecycle.
• Experience with AI-powered testing and AI-assisted tools.
• Experience writing and executing tests across the full lifecycle, both manual and automated.
• Ability to design boundary and edge case tests for data-driven applications.
• Understanding of performance and scalability testing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the full QA lifecycle for AI-powered solutions.
• Generate and evaluate test cases using AI-assisted tools.
• Define automated test suites and integrate into the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline.
• Define system-level test strategies with the Director of QA.
• Coordinate with the security team to translate testing guidance into test cases.
• Evaluate AI solution reliability under varied inputs and real-world conditions.
• Maintain test documentation, defect tracking, and quality metrics.
• Champion a quality culture across the delivery team.
