Qualifications

• 4+ years of formal QA experience across the full testing lifecycle with both manual and automated testing.
• Strong experience in unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Hands-on experience integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines; Azure DevOps preferred.
• AI fluency to generate, evaluate, and refine test cases for AI-enabled apps.
• Understanding of performance and scalability testing concepts; load testing a plus.
• Solid defect tracking, test documentation, and quality metrics reporting.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience testing AI-powered applications and familiarity with AI-assisted test generation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the full QA lifecycle for AI-powered solutions — from unit testing to scalability testing.
• Partner with analysts to generate and evaluate test cases using AI-assisted tools.
• Integrate automated test suites into the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline for each solution.
• Define system-level test strategies with the Director of QA for functional, regression and non-functional testing.
• Coordinate with the security team to translate security testing guidance into test cases.
• Evaluate AI solution reliability across varied inputs and real-world conditions.
• Maintain test documentation, defect tracking, and quality metrics for leadership visibility.
• Champion a quality culture within the delivery team and ensure testing is integrated into development.
