McDermott Will & Schulte is building one of the most ambitious AI programs in the legal industry, and we are seeking an AI QA Analyst to own the full quality lifecycle from unit tests through CI/CD integration. You will partner with AI Solutions Analysts and engineering to ensure production-ready AI solutions.

The role requires 4+ years of formal QA experience, strong testing across the full lifecycle, and hands-on experience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of formal QA experience across full testing lifecycle.
• Experience with unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Experience integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps.
• BS in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Own the full QA lifecycle for AI-powered solutions.
• Generate and evaluate test cases using AI-assisted tools.
• Define automated test suites for Azure DevOps CI/CD.
• Collaborate with Director of QA to define test strategies.
• Coordinate with security to translate testing guidance.
• Maintain test docs, defects, and quality metrics.
• Champion a quality culture within the delivery team.
