Job summary

BizzyCar, Inc. is hiring a Forward Deployed Solutions Engineer to implement and optimize AI product deployments at dealership sites. You will configure integrations, train staff, and own end-to-end rollout with close collaboration across product, engineering, and customer teams.

Travel will be 50–70% as you roll out solutions to multiple dealerships, shaping playbooks and repeatable processes for future customers in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on integration & configuration experience — wired a product to external systems via APIs, webhooks, or config tools and validated end-to-end
• Troubleshooting & log diagnosis — reproduce issues, read logs, and isolate config problems from product bugs
• Experience delivering customer training or enablement, ideally to non-technical audiences
• Implementation or deployment project management — ran kickoff-to-go-live timelines and owned stakeholders
• Comfort validating and verifying data across systems (e.g., confirming records, statuses, or availability sync)

Responsibilities

• Own dealer implementations end-to-end — from kickoff through go-live and early hypercare
• Configure solutions to each rooftop by translating dealer workflows into product configuration
• Validate data flow across systems before go-live
• Train non-technical dealership staff to full adoption
• Manage the implementation like a project with timeline and stakeholders
• Troubleshoot live, read logs, and distinguish config problems from product bugs
• Escalate appropriately and package escalations for engineering
• Write runbooks and SOPs for repeatable deployments
• Provide on-site feedback loop to product for improvements
