Job summary

BizzyCar is seeking a founding Solutions & Implementation Engineer to own dealer implementations from kickoff to go-live. You will configure the product to each dealership's systems, train staff, and serve as the credible on-site presence as AI-enabled processes rollout.

You will specialize in a specific product rollout to dealerships and shape playbooks for future teams. This hybrid role requires being in the office a few days per month and 50-70% travel to client dealerships, offering a

Qualifications

• Hands-on integration experience wiring a product to external systems via APIs, webhooks, or config tools.
• Troubleshooting and log diagnosis to isolate config problems from product bugs.
• Experience delivering customer training or enablement to non-technical audiences.
• Experience running an implementation project from kickoff to go-live.
• Comfort validating data across systems and confirming records/availability sync correctly.

Responsibilities

• Own dealer implementations end-to-end — kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
• Translate dealer workflows and tech stacks into product configuration with engineering collaboration.
• Validate data flow across systems before go-live (availability, recalls, RO data).
• Train non-technical dealership staff to full adoption and manage change.
• Run the implementation like a project — manage timeline and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot live, reproduce issues, read logs, differentiate config vs bug.
• Create runbooks and SOPs for repeatable deployments and handoffs.
• Provide on-site feedback loop to product for continuous improvement.
