Job summary

Applause is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to drive AI adoption across every team. You’ll build a monthly roadmap of AI-powered workflows for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and HR/TA, then implement them by standing up tools, wiring integrations, training teams, and tracking impact.

This builder role works closely with the CTO and Chief Architect on vision and governance, while you own execution, adoption, ROI, and ongoing optimization across remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in AI/LLM, workflow automation, or related hands-on tech role.
• Able to write/modify code for internal apps; production-grade code not required.
• Demonstrated experience building integrations or automations (Zapier, Make, APIs, low-code/no-code).
• Working knowledge of Claude, Copilot, and similar AI tools for business workflows.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with non-technical teams to scope and deliver workflows.
• Strong communicator with training and troubleshooting skills for non-technical users.
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership over initiatives from start to finish.
• Very effective in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Build a monthly AI workflow roadmap and ship designed workflows across departments.
• Develop internal tools and end-to-end AI workflows; integrate with core systems.
• Train teams, drive adoption, and monitor usage and ROI.
• Report progress monthly to the CTO on workflow delivery and impact.
• Foster self-sufficiency by enabling teams to own their AI workflows over time.
