Job summary

Single Grain, a fully remote Revenue Marketing agency, seeks an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems that free up capacity, compress production timelines, and increase Revenue Per Employee. You will shadow departments, map workflows, and ship high ROI automations using LLMs, APIs, Zapier/Make, and custom scripts.

You’ll contribute to client revenue agents within 30 days, document every deployment with SOPs and Loom walkthroughs, and drive adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• You operate at AI Power User level with production experience.
• You quantify time saved and ROI for automation.
• You can communicate clearly and train stakeholders.
• Experience building tools that scale across teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shadow departments, map workflows, and quantify inefficiencies before building.
• Design and deploy AI agents and automations using LLMs, APIs, and workflow tools.
• Contribute to live revenue agents and deploy production code early.
• Document everything with SOPs and Loom walkthroughs.
• Drive adoption and track usage with a target 70%+ within 30 days.
• Build an intake system to surface and rank automation opportunities.
• Report quarterly on efficiency value and RPE impact to leadership.
