Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools, agents, workflows, or similar platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test, version, release and improve governed AI agents and workflows with clear success criteria.
• Integrate APIs and data connections with platform and Security owners.
• Onboard business teams to new agents and AI solutions.
• Investigate and fix Tier 3 technical issues affecting retrieval, indexing, and permissions.
