Job summary

11:11 Systems seeks an Analyst, AI Platform & Enablement to own day-to-day operations, onboarding, and continuous improvement of AI platforms. You will manage access, provisioning, and support, deliver training, and create user guides for a broad user base.

The role is fully remote in the United States, reporting to the Director of AI. Strong collaboration with HR and IT teams will be required to drive adoption and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent years of related work experience.
• 3+ years in SaaS administration, enterprise applications, IT operations, technical support, enablement, or similar.
• Hands-on fluency with enterprise AI tools (Glean, Claude, Claude Code, Copilot, ChatGPT) and understanding of RAG, LLMs, prompting, grounding, agents, guardrails.
• Experience administering cloud or SaaS platform including users, groups, permissions, identity/workflows, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting, creating user guidance, and reproducing steps.
• Experience onboarding and coaching new users and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of AI governance, data handling, and escalation boundaries in enterprise.
• Experience with ITSM, vendor tickets, low-code automation, enterprise search, and Bedrock is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise AI platforms: users, groups, licenses, access reviews, and settings.
• Manage provisioning/deprovisioning, entitlements, and AI Support queue; resolve Tier 1/2 issues.
• Maintain runbooks, known-issue records, procedures, change logs, rollout communications.
• Onboard users; deliver demonstrations, office hours, coaching on tools and prompting.
• Create and maintain FAQs, guides, troubleshooting content, release notes, and training materials.
• Assist employees to design safe, ethical AI-assisted workflows using approved tools.
• Gather feedback; identify adoption barriers; propose enablement or process improvements.
• Track adoption, license utilization, support demand, and KPI performance; complete attestations.
• Work with colleagues while upholding Code of Business Ethics and Company Values.
• Handle company data per data handling agreements and policies; review data privacy practices.
• Follow policies and annual compliance training obligations.
• Additional duties as assigned.
