Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent with strong business judgment.
• Hands-on AI fluency and the ability to translate client needs into implementable solutions.
• Experience applying AI in client engagements across industries such as manufacturing, retail, and services.
• Excellent client communication and executive exposure.

Responsibilities

• Engage across multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Understand client operations and data; identify AI use cases with measurable value.
• Design, build and deploy AI solutions on Novobi’s platform; train the client to operate independently.
• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams; report to Head of AI Practice.
