Job summary

CBTS is seeking an AI Solutions Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-driven solutions for our mid-market and enterprise clients. This role bridges technical strategy and hands-on execution—translating client business challenges into practical, scalable AI solutions while managing the teams and processes that bring those solutions to life.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering AI/ML solutions or data science projects.
• 2+ years in leadership or management roles.
• Experience designing and deploying AI/ML in client-facing environments.
• Knowledge of modern AI architectures (LLMs, RAG, agents).
• Familiarity with cloud AI offerings (AWS, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery lifecycle (discovery to post-deployment).
• Collaborate with sales/pre-sales to scope opportunities and translate requirements.
• Manage AI engineers, data scientists, and solution architects; provide mentorship.
• Own client relationships during delivery as the technical lead.
• Evaluate AI/ML platforms and vendor partnerships aligning with CBTS strategy.
• Develop reusable delivery frameworks and best practices.
• Monitor performance post-launch; optimize or retrain as needed.
• Stay current on AI landscape and translate capabilities into client value.
• Manage budgets, timelines, staffing, and risk for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate across sales, delivery, security/compliance, and product teams.
