Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years of relevant work experience; professional certifications relevant to AI/ tech; strong analytical skills; proficient with applicable technology; proven communication across org levels; willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI demonstration solutions aligned with CBIZ Technology offerings.
• Develop business applications and proof-of-concept solutions integrating AI, data analytics, automation, and custom apps.
• Translate AI concepts into tangible client-ready examples for demonstrations and sales pursuits.
• Provide sales enablement assets and client-facing demonstrations across priority industries.
• Support proposals, solution positioning, and pre-sales activities with credible technical input.
