Job summary

Novobi is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to deliver practical AI solutions to SMB clients across manufacturing, retail, distribution, and services. You will manage several concurrent engagements, design AI use cases, and train client teams to adopt and measure ROI.

Occasional travel to client sites is expected as you collaborate with engineering and consulting teams from the Head of AI Practice. Successful candidates combine business judgment with hands-on AI fluency, including familiarity

Qualifications

• 1–5 years professional experience; MBA welcome or comparable graduate degree.
• Hands‑on fluency with modern AI tools, prompting techniques, agent frameworks, and low‑code/no‑code development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical AI solutions to client engagements across industries.
• Contribute to architecture and design of AI solutions on Novobi's AI platform.
• Train client teams and promote adoption, ensuring measurable ROI.
