Job summary

ChurnZero, Inc is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to partner with Marketing and CSMs, diagnosing customer needs and mapping AI capabilities to business value across our portfolio. You will surface high-potential accounts, conduct consultative discovery, and present ROI-backed proposals tailored to client pain points.

You’ll deliver compelling product demos, qualify opportunities for the Customer Success team, and ensure smooth handoffs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a consultative, customer-facing commercial role—customer success or solutions engineering.
• Experience with CSPs (ChurnZero preferred) and CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc).
• Trained in or fluent with the Sandler sales methodology (or a comparable).
• Strong discovery skills and a confident, engaging product demo style.
• Proven track record of delivering on growth objectives.
• Able to speak credibly about AI and translate capability into business value across multiple products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing and CSMs to surface high-potential accounts and turn interest into qualified opportunities.
• Lead consultative discovery that uncovers and quantifies each customer's pain, priorities, and outcomes.
• Match the right solution across our portfolio and run demos tied to customer pain.
• Build and present tailored proposals that turn fit into a compelling ROI-backed business case.
• Package qualified opportunities for the CSM to close with a seamless handoff.
• Channel frontline customer and market insight back to Marketing and Product to sharpen our GTM.
