Job summary

Cast AI is seeking a founding customer-facing engineer for Kimchi, our flagship product. You will demonstrate and implement Kimchi Studio and related workflows, helping customers adopt autonomous infrastructure with governance and cost controls.

You will collaborate with teams to tailor deployments, integrations, and policy design while expanding revenue opportunities. You will operate in a remote-first, globally distributed environment, leading technical discussions and guiding customers

Qualifications

Deep hands-on experience with LLMs and model evaluation.
Ability to explain complex inference concepts to non-ML engineers.
Experience operating in fast-moving environments with shifting requirements.
Ability to identify expansion opportunities within customer organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on demos of Kimchi Coding, Studio and Teleport.
Set up Kimchi Studio workspaces in customer environments and configure integrations.
Design governance policies for budget caps and cost attribution.
Optimize Kimchi's serverless inference API and model routing for workloads.
Translate customer feedback into product input to guide roadmap.
