Job summary

Cast AI is looking for a founding customer-facing engineer for Kimchi within our Customer Success team. You will demonstrate multi-model inference workflows, configure Kimchi Studio, and implement governance policies to manage spend and access. The role emphasizes hands-on architecture and customer collaboration.

You will drive adoption by optimizing model routing, helping customers accelerate deployment, and shaping growth opportunities that expand revenue across global teams.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs: deployed, tuned, evaluated, or debugged failure modes.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on demos of Kimchi products: Coding, Studio, Teleport.
• Set up Kimchi Studio workspaces in customer environments and configure integrations.
• Design and enforce governance policies for spend limits, cost attribution, and model routing.
• Integrate Kimchi's serverless inference API and optimize routing for workloads.
• Translate customer feedback into product input and identify governance gaps.
