Job summary

Cast AI, a remote-first automation platform, seeks the founding customer-facing engineer for Kimchi to advance autonomous inference workflows and governance. You will lead demos, architect Studio environments, and help customers adopt Kimchi while shaping product direction.

In this fast-moving role, you’ll optimize model routing, enforce budget constraints, and collaborate with global cloud experts to scale adoption and drive revenue opportunities across our international client base.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs: deployed, fine-tuned, evaluated or debugging failure modes.
• Experience operating in fast-moving environments prone to change.
• Built or optimized inference systems; understand latency, throughput, and total cost of ownership.
• Ability to explain complex inference concepts to non-ML engineers.
• Commercially savvy with growth strategies and revenue expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on demos of Kimchi Coding, Studio and Teleport.
• Set up Kimchi Studio workspaces within customer environments and configure integrations.
• Design and drive governance policies for customers: spending limits, cost attribution, and model routing preferences.
• Help teams integrate Kimchi's serverless inference API and optimize routing for workloads.
• Translate customer feedback into product input and identify UX/governance gaps.
