Job summary

Cast AI seeks a founding customer-facing engineer for Kimchi, our flagship product. You will demonstrate multi-model LLM workflows and autonomous agents with governance, and help customers adopt Kimchi Studio with guided workspaces and integrations.

You will own the growth strategy, engaging with customers to expand usage and revenue while balancing spend visibility and governance across multiple deployments.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs deployment, fine-tuning, evaluation, or debugging.
• Thrives in fast-moving environments with frequent changes.
• Built or optimized inference systems; understands latency, throughput, and TCO.
• Able to explain complex inference concepts to non-ML engineers and tie to business value.
• Can think commercially; identifies expansion opportunities and designs growth strategies within customer orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on demos of Kimchi Coding, Studio and Teleport.
• Set up Kimchi Studio workspaces in customer environments with integrations.
• Design governance policies for spending limits, cost attribution, and model routing.
• Integrate Kimchi’s serverless inference API and optimize routing for workloads.
• Translate customer feedback into product inputs and governance improvements.
