Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology, analytics, automation, data science, software development, product development, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience developing AI-enabled solutions using code, low-code platforms, or comparable development tools.
• Experience translating business or product requirements into working solutions or technical deliverables.
• Experience collaborating with business and technical partners in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience testing, troubleshooting, documenting, and improving solutions based on user feedback or performance results.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, finance, analytics, or a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine AI-enabled solutions, including agents, copilots, automations, workflows, retrieval experiences, and integrations.
• Translate product requirements into prototypes and production-capable components.
• Design prompts, retrieval strategies, and orchestration for enterprise AI solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, data scientists, and platform teams to implement reliable solutions.
• Develop tests, documentation, monitoring requirements, and governance artifacts.
