Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent technology or business systems analysis experience.
• 6+ years leading enterprise technology, product, program management, digital transformation, data, or analytics initiatives.
• 5+ years with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• 4+ years managing large-scale technology, digital products, platform modernization, analytics, or AI-enabled business programs.
• 3+ years delivering cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, architecture, operations, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology, data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives from strategy through delivery.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions and automations to address complex business challenges.
• Define roadmaps, delivery plans, budgets, and resource strategies.
• Partner with various teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Manage program financials, business cases, forecasting, vendor relationships, and executive reporting.
• Drive requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and delivery planning.
