Elios, Inc. is building a high-impact AI services practice within a fast-scaling advisory firm. As Managing Director, you will own the operating cadence, delivery quality, and client-facing AI voice, partnering with product and engineering to shape AI workflows in regulated finance.

The role requires a senior governance mindset, experience at top firms, ability to set standards, and comfort with equity-backed growth. Remote US-based, permanent full-time.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in management consulting and operations with delivery leadership.
• Senior Manager or Director-level experience from top firms (MBB/Big Four) is required.
• Ability to credibly discuss AI with executives and technical teams.
• Proven track record of setting and enforcing delivery standards.
• Comfort working in regulated finance/accounting environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence of the AI practice, plan and deliver across engagements.
• Maintain delivery quality and raise the bar over time.
• Be the client-facing AI voice collaborating with product and engineering.
• Translate client needs into feasible scope and timelines.
• Apply delivery frameworks and staffing models to scale the practice.
• Partner with engineering/product leadership on scoping, pricing, delivery.
• Handle at-risk engagements or difficult client conversations.
