Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Senior AI Security Risk Analyst to lead hands-on security reviews of AI use cases, translating findings into practical, risk-based guidance. You will collaborate with Responsible AI & Governance and security teams to ensure strong controls across AI-enabled systems.

The role requires deep understanding of AI stacks, data flows, and security fundamentals, with a focus on reducing risk while enabling innovative gaming experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building, integrating, or securing technical systems with hands-on AI experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI stacks and data/system interactions.
• Solid understanding of identity, data protection, integrations and monitoring applied to AI/agentic systems.
• Ability to use AI tools, APIs, and cloud services to improve workflows.
• Proven ability to influence across engineering, product, and security teams.
• Familiarity with AI risk frameworks and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on security risk reviews of AI use cases from design to launch readiness.
• Identify material security risks, control gaps, data lineage, and operational concerns.
• Translate findings into practical, prioritized recommendations for remediation.
• Provide early consultation and reusable guidance to teams.
• Coordinate with Responsible AI & Governance and cross-functional security teams.
• Document reviews and findings in SIE GRC systems.
