Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior AI Security Risk Analyst to provide hands-on security support for AI systems across SIE. You will lead security reviews, identify risks, and translate weaknesses into actionable recommendations, partnering with Responsible AI & Governance and various technical teams.

This role demands strong collaboration and deep knowledge of AI security in a fast‑moving entertainment tech environment.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience building, integrating, or securing technical systems with recent hands-on work in generative AI.
• Strong working knowledge of modern AI stacks and ability to interrogate designs to find meaningful security weaknesses.
• Solid understanding of security fundamentals (identity, permissions, data protection, integrations, monitoring) and mapping to AI-enabled systems.
• Experience with AI red teaming, adversarial testing, threat modeling, or security evaluations of LLM/agentic systems.
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms, third-party AI services, or enterprise security tooling.
• Experience in gaming or interactive entertainment environments is a plus.
• Relevant certifications are desirable (GAIPS, CISSP, CRISC, AIGP, CCSK, CCSP).

Responsabilidades

• Lead hands-on security risk reviews of AI use cases and systems from early design through launch readiness.
• Assess end-to-end designs to identify material security risks, control gaps, data lineage and classification, and operational concerns.
• Translate findings into practical, risk-based recommendations and partner with stakeholders to track resolution.
• Serve as a trusted security partner by providing early consultation, education, and reusable guidance.
• Coordinate with Responsible AI & Governance and relevant security and technical teams to deliver well-informed reviews.
• Use security tooling and discovery insights to identify emerging risks, engage owners, and document reviews in SIE GRC systems.
• Improve AI security requirements, review practices, reference patterns, and supporting tools as technologies evolve.
• Track portfolio trends, communicate significant risks and recurring gaps, and elevate matters needing risk authority.
