Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Senior AI Security Risk Analyst to provide hands-on security support for AI systems, agents, workflows, and integrations across SIE. You will conduct AI security reviews, align with risk assessment methodology, and translate findings into actionable engineering guidance.

In this collaborative role, you will partner with Responsible AI & Governance and security teams, stay current with AI tech and risk frameworks, and help teams reduce risk while enabling

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience securing technical systems with hands-on AI.
• Strong ability to interrogate AI designs and identify security weaknesses.
• Knowledge of security fundamentals and mapping to policies.
• Practical builder mindset using AI tools, cloud, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on security risk reviews of AI use cases from design through release.
• Assess end-to-end designs for material security risks and data flows.
• Translate findings into practical risk-based recommendations for stakeholders.
• Partner with AI governance and security teams for reviews.
• Document reviews in SIE GRC systems.
• Develop and improve AI security requirements and tooling.
• Track portfolio trends and elevate high-risk issues.
