Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior Responsible AI & Governance Technical Specialist to help ensure our AI products are developed and deployed ethically, safely, and in alignment with our values. You will design governance frameworks and work across engineering, product, legal, and security teams to embed responsible AI principles into product lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI safety or related field
• 5+ years leading cross-functional programs across product, engineering, legal, security and operations
• Strong technical fluency in LLMs, agentic architectures, APIs and cloud services
• Hands‑on experience with agentic AI systems and MCP frameworks
• Experience with AI red teaming, adversarial testing, or risk assessment

Responsibilities

• Contribute to long-term strategies for safe, ethical AI products and tools
• Advise as a technical Responsible AI expert for generative/agentic systems and tool integrations
• Engage stakeholders to address AI Governance and Responsible AI considerations
• Use governance tools to identify risks and support remediation
• Experiment with emerging AI capabilities and translate findings into guidance
• Sit on domain boards with Product and Engineering
• Conduct ethical and safety risk assessments and advise on mitigations
• Identify unintended consequences and emerging AI risks with cross-functional teams
• Coordinate with Information Security to align governance reviews with security controls
• Contribute to company‑wide best practices and AI literacy materials
