Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an AI SDLC Engineer to embed with a Performance Squad, advancing AI-driven software delivery across development, testing, PRs, and governance. This remote role supports U.S. clients with flexible timing and a strong benefits package for W2 consultants.

You will establish standards, KPIs, and reusable guidance, partnering with engineers to implement scalable AI-assisted practices while ensuring responsible AI usage and governance across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Senior-level, hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience with generative AI or AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience applying AI across multiple SDLC stages.
• Strong understanding of source control, pull requests, automated testing, CI/CD and DevOps.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams during active sprint delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assess current engineering workflows, development tools, and AI usage.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve productivity via AI.
• Apply AI-assisted practices across requirements refinement, code generation, automated testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers on active code, PRs, testing, and delivery decisions.
• Integrate AI into existing SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, and quality-engineering workflows.
• Coach developers through hands-on implementation and collaboration.
