Eliassen Group is seeking an AI SDLC Engineer for a remote, consulting engagement. You will embed with a performance squad to standardize AI usage across the software development lifecycle, establish governance, KPIs, and reusable docs, and collaborate with engineers on active code and delivery decisions.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled practices across requirements, code generation, testing, PR validation, and technical documentation, with a focus on responsible AI and scalable standards that

Competenze

• Senior-level, hands-on software engineering experience
• Experience using generative AI or AI-assisted development tools
• Experience applying AI across multiple stages of the SDLC
• Strong understanding of source control, PRs, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps
• Experience with Agile or Scrum teams during active sprint delivery
• Ability to collaborate on code, decisions, testing, and delivery workflows
• Experience improving engineering workflows, quality, productivity, or delivery speed through AI
• Understanding of responsible AI principles including accountability, security, quality controls, auditability
• Experience developing or implementing engineering standards, AI usage guidelines, governance controls, playbooks
• Experience defining or measuring outcomes related to AI adoption, productivity, velocity, quality

• Assess current engineering workflows, tools, and AI usage
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve productivity with AI
• Apply AI-assisted practices across requirements refinement, code generation, testing, code review, and documentation
• Work directly with engineers on code, PRs, testing, and delivery decisions
• Integrate AI into SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, and QA workflows
• Coach developers through hands-on implementation and collaboration
• Establish standards and controls for responsible AI software development
