Ladders is seeking a Product Manager to own strategy and execution for AI-enabled product capabilities in a remote role. You will partner with engineering, design, product marketing, and stakeholders to translate customer insights into clear direction, measurable launches, and market-ready releases.

The ideal candidate has strong B2B product management experience, comfort with ambiguity, and a sharp analytical mindset to evaluate opportunities in a fast-moving technology environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise software.
• Experience with AI-native products and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical judgment and decision-making skills under uncertainty.
• Advanced communication skills for technical and strategic discussions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Responsabilités

• Develop deep expertise in customer personas and their workflows
• Conduct continuous customer interviews and feedback sessions
• Own the product roadmap for new AI capabilities and prioritize initiatives
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to translate customer needs into actionable specifications
• Utilize AI tools to create prototypes and validate concepts quickly
• Define success metrics before product launches and analyze outcomes post-release
• Work with Product Marketing to position new capabilities and train internal teams
