Job summary

Future Works is seeking an AI-enabled Product Manager to own the full design and development lifecycle of custom software solutions. You will guide cross-functional teams through the PDLC to deliver on-time, on-spec products aligned with client needs.

Candidates should have 5+ years in product management, strong knowledge of AI concepts, and a proven ability to manage client relationships, define roadmaps, and measure product performance using KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in product management across all PDLC phases.
• Proven experience delivering AI-enabled custom software.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and a detailed AI-focused roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end PDLC across design, development, and deployment.
• Coordinate design and development teams to meet client expectations.
• Integrate AI capabilities and determine value-add areas.
• Manage client engagements, collect feedback, refine requirements.
• Establish KPIs and monitor progress toward quality targets.
• Foster iteration and continuous improvement in processes.
