Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs to prompts, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

Your work helps improve AI reasoning and performance through detailed feedback. Responsibilities include ranking naturalness, workload flexibility, and producing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining your reasoning clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge how well they follow prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely, zooming in, and spotting issues like distortions or mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing specific explanations in English.
