Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, contributing to improved AI reasoning and performance.

Paid hourly up to $15, with weekly payments and additional incentives. Experience with precise, evidence-based reviews is valued, and applicants from multiple countries may join.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to explain findings in writing with evidence-based rationale.
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.
• Experience or interest in evaluating AI-generated media is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking their outputs.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a concise, English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard and why a decision was made.
