Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, and explain what’s off. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and weekly payments, with pay up to $18 USD/hr.

You will compare AI-generated media, score outputs, and provide written explanations in English, helping improve AI systems while working from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Preference for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English describing the observed issues.
