Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to assess AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll evaluate how well outputs follow prompts, rate adherence and quality, and contribute to improving AI reasoning and accuracy. Remote, flexible hours with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in to spots issues.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and explain realistic situations clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or mismatches.
• Writing precise explanations in English that describe what you observed.
