Job summary

Outlier is offering a fully remote, flexible-hours role reviewing AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, and compare images and videos to assess prompt adherence and quality.

You’ll document precise explanations of what looked or sounded off, helping improve real-world AI performance. Ideal candidates are fluent in English with sharp attention to detail, strong written communication, and the ability to decide amidst imperfect options.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then rank how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and provide a written explanation in English.
