Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and participate in live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare images and videos, explain what’s off, and provide written feedback remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounds.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely and spotting problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a specific explanation in English.
