Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media entirely on a remote basis. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain discrepancies in written form, contributing to improved AI systems from home on your own schedule.

Relying on your fluency and attention to detail, you will compare image/video outputs, identify issues like misalignment or artifacts, and provide structured explanations for each evaluation.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a clear English explanation.
