Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model and score exchanges, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain what sounded or looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Capable of thinking on your feet in realistic conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations of what you saw or heard.
• Image evaluations: compare two AI-generated images for a prompt.
• Video evaluations: rank AI videos against a prompt or source.
• Video caption labeling: craft precise captions from AI drafts.
• Audio evaluations: rate speech naturalness and match to target voice.
