Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Ability to think clearly and decide when both options have flaws.
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess alignment with prompts.
Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misalignment, and explain findings in writing.
Provide concise, specific explanations pointing to what was seen or heard.
