Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs for prompt fidelity, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

We offer a flexible, remote role with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Earn up to $18 USD/hr plus incentives, with opportunities to increase earnings through additional Missions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is a plus.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely and spotting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a detailed English explanation of what you observed.
