Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your work helps shape how AI systems reason and improve, with free access to leading LLMs and weekly payments. The role is remote and flexible, with earnings up to $18 per hour.

Formación

• Fluent English and clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Comfortable describing realistic scenarios in natural conversation.
• Currently accepting applicants from multiple countries including the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explicit explanations in English.
