Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off in written form, helping advance AI systems in real-world tasks.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly in English, pay close attention to detail, and can work flexibly on their own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio/video misalignment.
• Writing a concise English explanation pointing to observed issues.
