Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

In this role, you help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by providing precise feedback. Eligible applicants from multiple countries can work from home with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening are required.
• Ability to explain observations with concise, evidence-based notes.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Provide written explanations in English that point to observed issues and improvements.
