Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and provide written explanations of what was off, all on your own timeline.

Ideal candidates are fluent English communicators with strong attention to detail and the ability to articulate observations clearly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and conversational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions in real-time.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot artifacts or misalignment.
• Write concise English explanations detailing what was observed.
