Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, rate responses, and explain what looked wrong, all on your own schedule.

The role helps shape how AI systems reason and improve in real-world tasks. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong written communication and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to articulate decisions when multiple options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or audio-visual mismatches.
• Writing specific English explanations of observed issues with concrete references.
