Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off. Your work helps guide how advanced AI systems learn and improve, with flexible hours and remote participation.

Eligible applicants are fluent in English, with strong attention to detail. Prior Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort in natural conversation.
Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.
Able to explain observations in writing with precision.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
Rating outputs across dimensions such as adherence, quality, and realism, and writing a clear English explanation.
