Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare image/video outputs for adherence to prompts.

You'll describe what looked or sounded wrong in writing, helping shape AI systems. Applicants from multiple countries can apply; terms include per-hour compensation and incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, zooming in and replaying to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a focused English explanation.
