Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

By evaluating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, you help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn. This freelance role offers flexible hours and remote work opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to narrate explanations.
• Experience writing concise evidence-based reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Provide written explanations in English that point to observed issues.
