Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, inspecting outputs for artifacts, and rating across dimensions with an evidence-based written explanation. This is a remote contract role.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to articulate reasoning.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and explain scenarios clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated image and video pairs and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or off-brand audio.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English detailing observations.
