Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve by providing written explanations and scoring. This freelance role offers up to $15 per hour with incentives and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to assess content.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Inspecting outputs for distortions, flickering, or misalignment with prompts and writing explanations in English.
