Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, freelance basis. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what looks off, all on your own schedule.

You can work from anywhere, pay is hourly up to $15 with incentives, and weekly payments are provided. This role helps improve how AI systems reason and respond in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Comfortable reasoning on your feet in natural conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Able to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Writing explanations in English detailing what was off.
• Working remotely with a flexible schedule.
